About me and my practice

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and studied 5 years at the Cheshire West College to achieve a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
As well as working on a private basis I have also worked voluntarily for many years in a leading Bereavement Charity which works with all forms of grief.
Therapy can be hard as you open up and emotions bubble up that you have suppressed, I will be there with you as you process them. Therapy can also be rewarding and enjoyable when you realise how special you are. Please pick the phone up and call someone.
I am insured and a member of the BACP, adhering to their ethical guidelines. I can work with you in short or long term therapy face to face in person or via Video platform or by telephone.
